Our Easy-To-Clean™ Conveyors' new technology will give your plant more efficient conveying, while drastically reducing the cleaning time.
We produce an Easy-To-Clean™ conveyor with specially designed features such as:
- Modular 12-gauge stainless steel side-rail design pre-made in ten foot sections
- Side-rails are channel shaped with no flat surfaces for water or moisture to accumulate
- Angle-iron stand construction in order to enable better sanitation practices
- Open access points on the sides of our conveyor allow for easy cleaning in wash down applications.
- UHMW crank-type belt-lifters that make clean-in-place applications easier
- Belt washer at the conveyor ends to spray the sprockets and belt
- Return shoulder rollers underneath the conveyor assures proper belt alignment
- L-shaped outer sliders to contain conveyor belting
- Open legs constructed of angle iron to enhance easy cleaning
- Leveling feet with plus or minus three inches of adjustment
- Food-grade modular plastic belting
